 The 8th inspection of the RVM Health Facility was implemented at the construction site in Nunumeu, City of Soe at 3:15 pm on Thursday 10 December 2015.

 This inspection was specifically for the Clinic Building, as defined in the contract between RVM and the Contractor. The phase completed was in reference to O6 of this contract.

 The required work for this inspection was:

      O-6  (Operational Costs)

        - Outside ceiling completed

           - 40% of inside ceiling frame completed

        - 30% of plastering completed

All work was completed satisfactorily. 100% of the outside ceiling was completed, 45% of the inside ceiling frame completed and 90% of the plastering completed.
